Dance Meditation... What is it? It's
a time of connecting your Spirit and body through movement; a time to allow your mind to
unwind as you move slowly and rhythmically.
This "class" is designed to de-stress. There are no expectations
beyond that; There is no right or wrong way to do it.
I will lead each 45 minute session in a small and intimate room lit softly with
candles and relaxing music playing in the background.
The movements will be familiar to some, as they are organic blend of Yoga (flexibility), Pilates (core strength), T chi (balance) & Belly dance (isolations)
